| Job Description | • Oversee schedule, implementation method and breakdown of monthly and weekly activities.
• Coordinate with the EPC project manager regarding the determination of the material schedule and approval of what materials will be used in the work. • Coordinate with supervising consultant (Owner Engineer) in the field regarding the implementation of the work • Supervise in the field regarding the implementation of the work together with supervising consultant • Assist The Overall Project Manager • Inform the Project Manager of time and cost deviations. • Conduct intensive monitoring of the stages of implementation of daily weekly activities and some financial reports. • Coordinate the preparation of periodic progress reports on project implementation. • Evaluate the quality and determine ways to prevent deviations that may occur. • Prepare data for compiling a schedule, including items of activity, time period, materials and equipment. |
| Requirements (Skill/Knowledge, Education, Experience, Gender, Age) | • Have good communication skills. The site engineer will later communicate a lot with the Supervising Consultant and EPC regarding the technical implementation of the construction.
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills, such as submitting suggestions for alternative solutions to problems related to contract documents or others. • Have the ability to motivate others. • Able to work in a team. • Always looking for ways to improve your skills • A positive attitude toward your job in general • Ready to be stationed at Site • 3-5 year experience as project site engineer (Solar PV will be preferred) • Strong English |
